ECUFix has been updated to v6.3.0.0

I use a small piece of excellent software to deal with the licensing within ECUFix. Up until now, various Anti-Virus programs have been flagging ECUFix as having a trojan. The security code creator has been hard at work to try and find a solution to this and I think he's succeeded!
